ZLIIN Returns & Exchange Policy

At ZLIIN, every piece is created with intention and care. We hope your order meets your expectations. However, if you wish to request a return or exchange, please review the policy below.

Our guidelines are designed to be transparent and thoughtful, ensuring your experience with ZLIIN remains as considered as our craft.


1. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided shipment has not yet been initiated.

  • After this period, cancellations or modifications will not be possible.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Initiating a Return or Exchange

  • Submit a return request through our website, or contact us at orders@zliin.com.

  • Please specify your preferred resolution:

    • Refund (online card payments only)

    • Store credit

    • Exchange


Timeframes

  • UAE Orders: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • International Orders: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Defective or damaged items: Ideally reported within 48 hours, but eligible within the above timeframes.


Item Condition & Packaging

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free from dirt, hair, fragrances, smoke, or makeup stains

  • All tags attached and original packaging intact

  • Hygiene stickers (if applicable) must remain intact

  • A printed copy of the return form and original invoice must be included


Alterations

  • Altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Complimentary size alterations are available within 15 days of delivery for minor adjustments (length or small fit issues).

  • Major alterations may incur additional charges, which will be communicated prior to commencement.

  • Alteration services are available for both UAE and international orders.

  • Shipping for alterations is the customer’s responsibility.


Sale Items

  • Non-defective sale items: Eligible for store credit or exchange only (standard sizing).

  • Defective sale items: Eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.


Approval & Processing

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our Quality Team.

  • Once approved:

    • Refunds (online card payments) are processed within 15 days

    • Store credit or exchanges are issued within 7–10 working days

  • A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours of approval.


Shipping & Collection

  • UAE Orders:

    • One free collection for approved returns or exchanges

    • Additional collections are charged AED 30

  • International Orders:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and taxes

    • If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is returned, store credit only will be issued after deducting return shipping, duties, and taxes

    • Exchanges are treated as returns; a new order must be placed for replacement items


3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • Do not accept deliveries with visible damage. Please decline the shipment and inform us within 24 hours.

  • For incorrect or defective items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • After review, our team will arrange one of the following:

    • Refund to original online card payment

    • Store credit

    • Replacement or exchange


4. Payment Method Guidelines

  • Online Card Payments:

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days, subject to bank processing timelines.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) & Card Payment on Delivery:

    • Refunds are not available

    • Only store credit or exchanges can be issued

Store Credit Validity: 6 months from the date of issue.
