Important Notes

Free shipping applies to physical shippable products only. Gift cards and digital items are excluded.
An additional AED 10 applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
ZLIIN does not ship to OFAC-sanctioned countries per UAE law.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
Pre-order items ship separately when restocked. In-stock items ship first to avoid delay.
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Additional customs/duties may apply to international pre-orders.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping for high-value orders.
